A native to Southern California, Antonio Skeeters was raised in Pomona and has lived in Ventura County with his four children since 2001. 

A veteran in the kitchen as a private, sous, executive and corporate chef, Skeeters has been the main ingredient in many successful BBQ-themed eateries and trendy upscale burger joints throughout California. 

He continues to master the development of flavor profiles, serving soul-inspired cuisine with an urban flare. Mouthwatering original recipes and refined menus prove to patrons that food is a universal language, breaking barriers of diversity and welcoming communication through shared appreciation. 

“When I cook, when I am inspired to cook, it comes from deep within,” Skeeters says. “My goal is to share personal inspirations, recipes and food for the soul to nourish and celebrate life.”
