A native to Southern California, Antonio Skeeters was raised in Pomona and has lived in Ventura County with his four children since 2001.

A veteran in the kitchen as a private, sous, executive and corporate chef, Skeeters has been the main ingredient in many successful BBQ-themed eateries and trendy upscale burger joints throughout California.

He continues to master the development of flavor profiles, serving soul-inspired cuisine with an urban flare. Mouthwatering original recipes and refined menus prove to patrons that food is a universal language, breaking barriers of diversity and welcoming communication through shared appreciation.

He appeared on Food Network Channel's Guy's Grocery Games (and won!) is an American reality-based cooking television  game show hosted by Guy Fieri on Food Network. Each episode features four chefs competing in a three-round elimination contest, cooking food with ingredients found in a supermarket grocery store  ("Flavortown Market") as Fieri poses unusual challenges to them. The winning chef can collect up to $20,000 in a shopping spree bonus round. The show is a sequel to Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Skeeters won $12,000.

“When I cook, when I am inspired to cook, it comes from deep within,” Skeeters says. “My goal is to share personal inspirations, recipes and food for the soul to nourish and celebrate life.”
